By Flight + Drive via Vadodara
For travellers who'd rather not spend a full day on the road, flying into Vadodara and driving the rest of the way is a practical option — Vadodara Airport is roughly 90 km from the Statue of Unity, a drive of under two hours, far shorter than driving from Mumbai. Surat is another possible entry point if your flight options work out better there, though it adds more road time than Vadodara. Getting Around Once You Arrive
