Check Availability₹413 Adult (ref.) · ₹207 Child (ref.)
Adult fare applies above 6 years, Child fare for 0–6 years — a narrower age split than most Kevadia attractions, which usually treat 3–15 as the child band. These are reference prices from when the service last operated; we reconfirm live pricing on WhatsApp.
A Different Angle on the Statue — From the Water
The Ekta Cruise is the one vantage point in Kevadia where you see the statue rising straight out of the reservoir, rather than from a viewing platform or a road. Along the way it passes the Narmada Ghat and Shulpaneshwar Temple, with a clear look at the Sardar Sarovar Dam before the statue itself comes into view. It's a popular add-on for anyone who's already done the Viewing Gallery and wants a completely different perspective before heading back.
- Round trip: SBB ⇄ SOU jetty, ~40 min each leg, ~20 min halt at the jetty
- Short onboard cultural program during the sailing
- Food and lunch packs available for purchase on board (not included in ticket price)
5 departure slots through the day. Last entry 15 minutes before each slot. Closed Mondays.
Per the operator's terms: outside food, drinks and bags aren't allowed on board — only what's bought at the onboard counter or the Alpaahaar food shop near Hotel Ramada Encore. Each ticket covers one seat on the lower deck only. Return tickets are used first-come, first-served — the last return cruise departs at 6:00 PM, or 3 hours after your outbound departure, whichever comes first, so keep your ticket until you're back at SBB.
Worth Booking Once It's Back — Here's Why
Why it's worth the wait
- The only water-level view of the statue in Kevadia — a genuinely different photo from every viewing gallery shot
- Passes the Narmada Ghat, Shulpaneshwar Temple and a clear look at the dam en route
- Short onboard cultural program keeps the ~100 minutes on the water from feeling like dead time
- An easy, low-effort add-on to slot into an afternoon between the Viewing Gallery and dinner

It's a round trip on the Narmada between Shreshtha Bharat Bhavan (SBB) and the Statue of Unity (SOU) jetty — roughly 40 minutes each way, with about a 20-minute halt at the SoU jetty before the return leg. Total time on the water and at the halt runs close to 100 minutes.
