Best on a Budget

Hotel Sai Inn at ₹3,800 per room is the cheapest verified stay we book. There is no pool and no spa, and the rate reflects that honestly — what you get is a clean air-conditioned room in one of three categories, with dining on site.

If your budget belongs in the sightseeing rather than the room, this is the sensible booking. Villa Euphoria at ₹4,000 is the next step up and gets you a standalone villa and a pool.

Best for Location

Statue of Unity Tent City 1 at 5.4 km and Ramada Encore at 5.7 km are the closest to the monument. That matters more than it sounds — you will make the trip several times, including back after dark following the aarti.

Best for Families

Regenta Resort Vindhyachal has a pool with its own shallow kids' section, plus A-frame cottage accommodation. Fortune Statue of Unity has a dedicated Family Room category and an indoor games area. Enrise by Sayaji has Family Suites so a group can stay in one room.

River View Tent Resort is the quieter value pick, with a riverside cottage category that includes a bathtub, from ₹4,500.

Best for the Tent City Experience

Statue of Unity Tent City 1 is the flagship — 58 cottages and villas beside the Narmada, four room categories, and the closest tent property to the monument.

Tent City Narmada 2 is the more affordable route in at ₹6,000, with three AC tent categories and a pool. Unity Village Resort is built around an unusually large pool.

Best for Full Hotel Service

The Fern Sardar Sarovar Resort is the most complete hotel product — large pool, buffet restaurant, balcony rooms and marble bathrooms with rain showers.

How Far Out Should You Book?

For October–February weekends, and anywhere near Diwali, Christmas, New Year or 31 October (Rashtriya Ekta Diwas), book weeks ahead. Kevadia genuinely sells out on those dates.

For April–June and the monsoon months, a few days is usually enough and you will pay less.
