How It Actually Works

What the ₹300 Ticket Covers

We'd rather be upfront about this than let you assume it's a bundled spa price. Your ₹300 covers entry to the center and a sit-down consultation with the in-house doctor — nothing more, nothing less.

Doctor Consultation

A one-on-one session with a doctor trained in Ayurvedic and Siddha medicine. They'll ask about your current health, concerns, lifestyle and goals, and put together a wellness recommendation specific to you rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.

Panchakarma Therapy — Available, Priced Separately

If Panchakarma or another therapeutic procedure is recommended for your condition, it can be arranged at the center — but it is not part of the ₹300 entry fee. The doctor will confirm which therapy fits your case and the treatment's own price before you decide to go ahead.

Commonly Offered Therapies

Ayurveda-Siddha wellness centers at Arogya Van typically offer therapies such as Dhara, Snehapanam, Sirovasti, Pizhichil, Udavarthanam, Marma therapy, Nasyam and herbal steam baths, alongside therapeutic massage. Which one suits you — if any — is decided at your consultation, and each is priced separately from the ₹300 entry fee.

In-House Ayurvedic Dispensary

The center runs its own dispensary, so if the doctor prescribes Ayurvedic medicines or formulations as part of your plan, you can pick them up on site. Medicines are billed separately from the consultation fee.

Diet & Lifestyle Guidance

Practical, personalised guidance on diet and daily routine, based on Ayurvedic principles and your specific consultation — the kind of advice you can actually take home and use, not a generic pamphlet.

Yoga & Meditation

Yoga and meditation practices are offered as part of the wellness approach here — useful whether you're dealing with a specific issue or simply want a calmer, more grounded stop in your Kevadia itinerary.

Who It's For

A Genuine Stop, Not a Gimmick

Arogyavan isn't a spa dressed up in Ayurvedic branding — it's a working wellness center with a doctor on staff, built for people who want an honest consultation rather than a quick relaxation session.

Good Fit If You...

  • Have a specific health concern you'd like an Ayurvedic opinion on
  • Are curious about Panchakarma but want a proper consultation first, not a walk-in treatment
  • Want practical diet and lifestyle guidance you can actually follow after your trip
  • Are looking for a calmer, slower-paced stop between the busier sightseeing legs of your day

Before You Book

Please disclose any existing health conditions, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgery or medications when you message us, and again to the doctor during the consultation. This lets them recommend something appropriate rather than something generic.

Treatment pricing genuinely varies by what's recommended — we don't publish a fixed therapy price list because it wouldn't be accurate for everyone. The doctor will confirm exact charges with you before any paid treatment begins.

Common Questions

Arogyavan FAQ

Quick, honest answers about what's included and what isn't. If you don't see your question, we're one message away.

Available Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM IST

No — this is important to be clear about. The ₹300 adult fee covers entry and a consultation with the in-house doctor only. If the doctor recommends a specific therapy (a Panchakarma procedure, a massage-based treatment, etc.), that is priced and paid for separately, on top of the ₹300. We can't quote treatment pricing in advance since it depends entirely on what's recommended for you.

A doctor trained in Ayurveda and Siddha reviews your health history, current concerns and goals, then puts together a customised wellness recommendation — which might be a therapy course, dietary and lifestyle changes, yoga practices, or a combination. You're free to take the recommendation, ask questions, and decide separately whether you want to proceed with any paid treatment.

The consultation itself typically runs a short while, but if you go ahead with a therapy on the same visit, total time is usually 60 to 120 minutes depending on which treatment is chosen. We'd suggest not scheduling anything tightly right after your slot.

Yes, please. Let us know about any existing health conditions, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgery or medication you're on when you book, and mention it again to the doctor at the consultation. This helps them recommend something genuinely appropriate rather than a generic plan.

Arogyavan is open Tuesday to Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed on Mondays along with the rest of the Statue of Unity complex. It works by appointment, so message us with your preferred date and time and we'll confirm a slot.

It depends entirely on your consultation, but Ayurveda-Siddha wellness centers of this kind commonly offer therapies such as Dhara, Snehapanam, Sirovasti, Pizhichil, Udavarthanam, Marma therapy, Nasyam and herbal steam baths, alongside therapeutic massage. The doctor will tell you which, if any, fits your case, and confirm its price, before you decide whether to go ahead.
